51/52 Heavy Duty Drop Forged (to 1,600lbs)

This series is made to provide long service life and top performance; made from ASTM 1045 drop forged steel, polished and hardened (HRC45) steel ball bearings run in deeply groved, precision machined and hardened raceways, held together with a 3/4" heat treated kingpin. Legs are made from 1/4" steel and are robotically welded inside and out for maximum strength. Th ere are nearly 40 wheels and dozens of bearings, brakes and options to choose from; brakes are available on both swivel and rigid casters.
Drop forged (ASTM 1045) construction. Precision machined and hardened double ball raceways.
3/4" Heat treated kingpin.
1/4" thick legs are robotically welded inside and out.
1/2" axle bolt and locknut.
Zinc plated finish is attractive and corrosion resistant.

Zerk grease fitting in raceway and axle for easy maintenance.
