General Policies
	Terms
	Affiliated Caster will extend to anyone with an acceptable credit rating. Our terms are net 30 days.
	Prices
	Prices have been omitted from this catalog because of constant change. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all prices are subject to change without notice. Prices will be furnished upon request.
	Returns
	We ask that written permission be obtained before material is returned. The material must be returned in new and unused condition. In the event that incorrect or defective material was shipped, no restocking charge will apply. A restocking chare of 20% of the invoice value will be charged on other returned goods.
	Minimum Order Charge
	All orders will be increased to comply with our minimum billing policy of $10.00 net per order. Small orders may be picked up for cash or check thereby eliminating the minimum order charge.
	Special Orders
	Non-stock, unique, or special orders will require prepayment.
	Freight
	All shipments FOB factory unless otherwise agreed upon. Freight will be added to shipments from our warehouse.
	Warranty
	All products sold by Affiliated Caster are covered by the standard manufacturers' warranty. Affiliated Caster limits its liability to the value of the defective material only. Affiliated Caster assumes no liability for damage to person or property caused by merchandise bought from or through it. As a distributor for the products described in this catalog, Affiliated Caster warrants that the representations made for these products accurately reflect the manufacturers' representations to Affiliated Caster regarding those products. Affiliated Caster shall not in any way be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
